The QA team said you did an excellent job on those centralizer weldments, so I’m switching another model over to you guys. Please confirm this PO and dates. Thanks for the good work, and on time delivery.

We’re going to be sending you some updated part files for the OptiMis project that you made a bunch of black anodized parts for us for the 1st prototype we put together (see photo attached). By the way, everyone was very impressed with how the sheet metal parts turned out…nice work and thanks for making us look good! The photo shows the prototype at a conference we attended last weekend in Milwaukee sponsored by the National Science Foundation (NSF) where the product was debuted. Everyone at the conference was very impressed with the quality look of the device.

Wanted to take a minute to thank you all for your help on the LIG chassis recently. I’m aware we’ve had several hot parts over the last few months, and wanted to make sure to convey my appreciation for your work on all of them. I know that we’re very firm in our expectations and demands, but your help on these has helped us hit deadlines and hasn’t gone unnoticed.

I’m sure we’ll have more down the road, but wanted to make sure to pass it along– I know how frustrating it can be to get beat up on parts that are out of your control. Please let anybody else who was involved know (Patrick included – I don’t have his contact information).

I would like to say that although minor infractions were noted that your facility is one of the cleanest and well maintained facilities I have inspected this year. Wanted to thank Midwest for getting those parts to us in such a short time, that really helped our month end not having to juggle work orders around. I was on vacation last week that’s why I didn’t send earlier.

I'll make the adjustments to our design documents and get them to you with our new order by Monday.

First, I would like to say thanks for your on-time delivery on this purchase order. Throughout this project, I have spent considerable time dealing with late parts and poor quality. Of the eight companies I used to supply parts, Midwest Metal Products is the only one that had no delivery or quality issues. In fact, there are three suppliers that I will no longer be using because of these issues.

Seconldy, I was wondering if you might have any over-runs of these parts. As we are winding down, I am finding that some parts were scrapped in the build process. I haven’t seen any scrap from your parts, but I’d like to purchase any over-runs you might have just in case. Please advise.

I just wanted to touch base with you before I head of to NYC for an audio event.

We received the enclosures and they look fantastic. I'll be going over them with a few people over the next 2 weeks then we will start the process of submitting the larger order. We'll have a few small changes (mostly hole enlargement to account for power coat), but it will be small enough that we won't need to do another proto order.

Thanks to all for helping with the new set of parts for what we are calling the Dual Hinged Tablets for MobileDemand.

Everyone at MobileDemand thought it was a great project and the design and execution went very professionally, quickly and smoothly.

The reseller has reviewed the first fully assembled prototypes and is very impressed. Their sales staff is fighting over who gets the prototype first to take to their customer base. All good indicators.

Again, my direct thanks for helping with this and making the unique design come together.

Thank you for letting us come in and look at your punch/laser Amada it was impressive. You guys have a super nice shop and the people are great to work with. I am really pleased with the quality of work we get from your company. Tell Bob thanks for the info and the tour.

I received the housings today, and one word comes to mind after putting the electronics in and closing it up... WOW!! Nice job. We are going to turn many, many heads at the show.

There are a few issues to work out, mainly fine-tuning, and I'll try to be as concise in my report as possible, once the show is done and we've made it back.

Once again, thank you very much for all of your hard work... it will really pay off big time for all of us!

I was VERY pleased with that enclosure and so were other members of our team. I was asked several times who did the work and I let them know about you folks. I would expect some business from down here the next time we make more enclosures.

First of all, please inform all involved that we are most pleased--not only with the QX2000 frames and belly panes--but also with the excellent packaging. Your sturdy packaging enables us to stack units in our limited space.

Our VP of Manufacturing, Terry Kanitz, and I would like to visit you sometime in May. We have a number of other frames and metal fabrications that I will be sending you in the near future to quote on.

We just received our order and you should have seen how fast 5 of us gathered around the box to see the results. Pending assembly of the thing to make sure we didn't give you bad hole locations, we were all VERY impressed with the quality of the enclosure.
